What do you guys think of this? Adding the capability to knock out or seriously diminish the various functions on other people’s ships either through draining their health or simply hitting the right parts of the ship in battle. It is an interesting thought. It would also go well with diminished respawn times, as players would have to focus on putting ships out of commission rather than killing them if they wanted to diminish enemy resistance.
I honestly like the game as it is, just as well as I would with this function, but I know a lot of people don’t like that the respawns and I think this would be an interesting idea to mix with shorter respawns. Anyway, let me know whether you have any suggested alterations or whether you think it is even a good idea.
…there are missiles and a ton of modules that do just that for you…
We have numerous modules and abilities which do just that. Have a look at especially the ECM, Tackler and Recon roles - and look at the available modules in the Warehouse for higher tiers to get a good overview
