I would like to propose that the CEO may customize rank positions within their corporations.
Edit: I’ve updated the poll to include Mchall71’s suggestion.

"Another Suggestion if f9or the Corporation to be able to have a CFO or 2nd in charge with the same abilities as the CEO. We ran intoi a situation in DYNAMIS where the CEO has been MIA for over a Month. He wont respond to any messages, from anyone, yet he still plays other games on STEAM. So we had no choice we started a New Corp called TUF— THE UNITED FRONT

Thanks for all your hard work!!!
In this sort of situation, perhaps a support ticket is best.
Bear in mind that this CEO is the one who paid for said corporation/alliance with real money so he has every right to do with it what he plases. Worst case scenario, someone can form a new one. It’s quite annoying, I agree - but ultimately it means you guys decided to follow a ‘bad’ CEO.
If he really doesn’t want to play anymore it would take him 2 minutes maximum to transfer the corporation to someone else, so it’s somewhat of a shame that this individual has decided to keep your corp ransom.

Actually, a number of members stepped up and donated small sums to help pay for an increased roster and for Dynamo to be formed with a fulll roster size, so it was not just the CEO who paid for it all.

That’s hard to prove though. Until the game itself allows people outside the CEO to pay, the CEO should ‘own’ the corporation.
Besides, as you said yourself a donation. Donations don’t provide ownership or transferable rights.
Legalities, etc.
Don’t get me wrong, I completely sympathise with that situation, but look at it from the point of view of whomever made the corporation. If they refuse to transfer it, we don’t really have a right to do it forcefully. They can simply login and transfer the corporation ownership to someone else if they so desire.
