I don’t like multiple interface elements in gameplay, pollute the gameplay, i can easily distinguish negative or positive effects. The only effect i want to see it’s the cooldowns.

I think you are exaggerating. Some of this implants not really necessary in gameplay or so important. Now, developers need to focus in Ellydium ships to bring to us more faster.

While r8, r9, r12, r13, r14 are conditional effects, all other effects are constant, so making an icon for 7-3, logically means to make icon for all other similar properties starting from Energy recuperation system and finishing with proton walls and 2-2 implants, which is not needed and will be counter productive.
