unfortunately, i never got into that series. by the time i heard about it, wasnt really popular any more.

The game is still quite popular, I’m playing the FAF(Forged Alliance Forever) A custom lobby & server, similar to GPGnet, but better in most aspects. And it’s releasing Galactic War in a few months/years as well.
There often are 700 people online at once, and you can always play with other people. And there are even a bunch of integrated mods and some self-done patches they made that made the balance better.
meh, i dont really have the time to get involved with a serious rts/rpg any more ;p that stuff takes up most of your time just reading skills and unit abilities and making builds… 
Stopped playing supreme comm. after a very few fights which overloaded my computer in 5 to 10 mins every time to a family photo album frame rate. It literally takes a supercomputer to run it at least without fps problems. Otherwise it’s pretty enjoyable tbh. Did get through some matches. Right now the lead team that developed sup.com. are working as a private company on Planetary Annihilation on similar mechanics, but a whole different RTS game.
Beta, you’re not even gonna try Blade and Soul, Phantasy Star Online 2 and EverQuest Next when they get realesed in EU / US?

i’m waiting on B&S… problem is… it’s taking forever… i boycotted GW2, having gwamm in GW1. so sad to see what they did to that game.
was never a EQ fan, although i played the original for a bit. in factm you can think of wow as an eq-clone ;p
i played a lot of neverwinter nights (first one), icewind dale, baldurs gate, 2 more, forget…
funniest stuff ever, our friend kept blowing us up with friendly damage from aoe fireballs ;p on purpose.
