There’s an easy way to avoid this. Don’t shoot or use a module when you spawn. You have 10 seconds of spawn invulnerability that goes away if you shoot or use a module. Take advantage of that. Run away from spawn, then try to fight back, you only dig yourself a deeper hole by instantly shooting when you spawn in.
