I never got the second e-mail inviting me to the beta forum.
I’m also having this issue. Its a bit frustrating!

I have recieved the CBT access and the EULA link email, but no access to the CBT forum.
2 weeks now and no beta forum access yet

I did not have a forum account but i got in to the CBT but can not see the CBT forum and i guess i won`t since i made the forum account after i made a game account due to the xxxx recap not working.
Thanks Error, I got CBT forum access today so I think that all before me got it too, and the rest just wait a bit.
