Can be blind-fired for lower accuracy.

It would be just a fun module, and would allow players to essentially use the target like a soccer ball for 13 seconds. In other words, it simply removes them from the battle for the duration of the effect.

I like both versions. Do you think it has to take the same amount of time with interceptors and destroyers to trap them? 

Hmmmm… It could scale by ship. Though the Relocator module is a warp in space around the ship so the charging period wouldn’t change. The cage time however would definitely scale for size of ship.

The cage idea was remotely based off of iron-man’s suit thing where he can just call bits and pieces to build the suit on top of him. It would work like that for enemy ships. But instead of helping them or self-destructing around them after trapping them, it would simply immobilise them.

I don’t think you quite comprehend how long 10 seconds is…

This is somewhat similar to my Shield projector beam concept.

You may push them around by bumping in to them or shooting them.

In this case, the model could simply be changed to their shield, making them a giant ball. Xp

(Plus all ships already have a shield hit box so all you must do is make it solid)

10 second imprisonment is still about 8 seconds too long. Plus anti Debuff implants / modules should reduce it further.

Well anti-debuffs would negate the effect of course. Also I’d say that incoming damage (allied or otherwise) would reduce the effect duration.

For me it sounds like a giant ECM-module.

For the modding part: You ‘have’ already one. The shields of every ship is a sphere. Even if you won’t use this, the command special module resemble a ball too.
