It seems to me that implant doesn’t do what it say there or am i missing something??? 

I sure dont get 3 sec of stealth field and all after losing my shield

 Edit- It only works till the same rank soo rank 13 implant work only till rank 13 ships.

 

one more example. You are max rank but choose to fly some tier 2… So you choose a rank 6 ship. Then only implants till rank 6 are activated
