Buff The Weapon System Inhibitor.

I’d like to ask for a decent buff for the weapon system inhibitor to enhance its value to ecm users. 

To be precise, I want its current maximum of 38.9% main weapon damage reduction to be improved to at least 50% main weapon damage reduction in Rank 15.
