Seems like regenerative coating is the most useless module in the game currently, it’s useless for anything except select interceptors and fed fighters.
I propose one of two buffs:
A. Regenerative coating regenerates HP on a percentage basis and not a static points basis. This way interceptors, fighters, frigates and destroyers could all use it. For example, interceptors could only get say 35pts of regen, where as destroyers get 100 points of regen.
OR:
B. Make the Regenerative Coating less dependent on energy reserves. Instead of stopping at 50% capacitor charge, let it stop at 0% capacitor charge.

It is useless on thsoe too ”)
It barely does anything even on Jericho interceptors, it needs a buff, but we already have the multipurpose shields so it should be useful on the other factions, not only Ellydium.
Percentage regeneration sounds like an elegant solution, but would probably just make it too good on some ships and still useless on the rest.
I would prefer it to have separate fixed value for each ship size class, and not be bound to capacitor charge at all. Current 50 per second is somewhat fine for interceptors (a little too low maybe?), but fighters should get around 100, frigates 200, and destroyers maybe 250 - 300.
