Bring Back Permanent Visual Customizations

Pretty simple.

 

1.Expand the current options for ship color customizations to all Tiers and Premium ships.

 

2.Make stickers and colors available for a limited time via in-game credit purchase.

 

3.Bring back permanent option where stickers/colors purchased with GS do not expire.

And make colors aviable for T3/4/5 ships too :T
