If you have all of the above requirements fulfilled, then you will get a double bonus with one extra loot spot during your trophy search in the looting screen.
Pilot could also get a medal for this.
Example: “Armed and Ready” medal.
doubled bonuses: +20% to standard synergy gain
+10% to free synergy gain
+10% to credit gain
+1 loot spot during trophy search
Doesn’t sound too bad. Would make maximising ships easier too at the end stages of the game.

I actually like the idea, you would not force people to variation of ships etc. but you would offer them a reward if they do so.
This suggestion is no different form your previous one, and it is wrong on a basis level.
There should be no bonuses that are granted passively, having 4 ships in slots is a passive action, that does not promote anything except of filling 4 slots just to get such bonuses.
Bonuses should be promoting active decisions and actual activity, not like this.

By the way, a bonus when you fly a class that nobody else have in your team could be a good idea.

There are cases in which you can’t do that:
1 Stage PvE.
Spec Ops.
PvP - fear me
PvP - Combat Recon - As captain(after resapwn phase)
So being FORCED to this is counterproductive.

Exactly. You don’t have to use them, just have them prepared. I thought that was obvious enough.
Contracts sometimes force players to change their ships, if they want to complete them.
Here you just get rewarded for playing smart, for extra effort. There are no demands or restrictions whatsoever.
