I feel that players who get global chat bans and the like need to be given a response to their in game email.
This email should show them what they said / did to get a global ban.
In short, if your an idiot, you should know why you are an idiot so said player can improve their interactions with the rest of the game community.
This will also tell them if they have a reason to ask for amnesty. (I was jokingly reported for saying “good work” once and had to get a admin to give me “amnesty” If I wasn’t playing with said admin I would have never known why I was banned.)
