Is it too soon, to ask?
It would be nice, if the entity-data (so only the numbers) would be available in some kind of dump, whether XML or json or whatever; it would be nice, if the “actual” shiptree visible by players would get dumped and put next to the game or be accessible in some way. automatically, so patch changes can be incorporated to such tools.
This would enable not only third party development, like fitting tools, or similar, but also automatic updates on wiki pages, etcetera. And Devs would not have to go and collect data each time players ask for it.
Its also positive usually to offer such informations for people who actually like to code around games they love, maybe even helps avoiding people “snooping” and using their time more constructively.
A lot of complex games offer this nowadays, and as a dev i know, its not that hard to implement, I bet you already have similar debug exporters. it is also usually a good sign if such tools come up, for the game itself.
At the moment the information is scattered all around, and especially data like the values increased by synergy levels and similar would be hard to collect. I am really only talking about data which is mostly visible in-game or on some websites anyway, no hidden information.

but I got your point.
