As requested, i am posting my spark build. This spark is built for medium speed,edit: fair maneuverability, and good dps.
EDIT: I have changed rank 8 implant to beta accelerator rapidus (top) as i think he has a good point. :D
There’s no way that thing has good maneuverability.
Also no Supernova.

It is very balanced. has medium speed, medium maneuverability, and good dps. I said good speed because it’s fairly tanky so it’s good for that tankiness.

You’re limiting Spakr’s capacitor too much with that modules, you’re using anti energy drain implant for what? with the first energy drain tick you wont have energy for repair kit or combat reboot because of your stupidly low capacitor volume.
Why do you need the speed? You could use Apollo if you want a faster empire gunship. Apollo has a shield slot for adaptive/submatter on top of that (plus the rotation bonus).

I can test it without playing the game just guessing the stats from the modules+implants and applying common sense. The fastest empire gunship in T5 is the Apollo because it has 2 capacitor slots + 1 shield slot. On top of that it has a rotation bonus which synergizes extremely well with speed.
Spark and every empire gunship in the game doesn’t need raw speed to be used with bubbles, what it needs is a good damage source, and with that stupid green ammo you’re not getting it. You’re also wasting 2 capacitor slots and the engine one.

I’m pretty sure I’ve more or less hit peak skill. It’s not like it bothers me, though. I just accept the fact and play all the same.
