ammunition blueprints

this need a bit more information

 

apparently the Iridium slugs blueprint decreases spread

 

but it does not say for what weapon, basically it was kinetic. “wich i found dissapointing why it was not mentioned”

 

same with all the other ammunition blueprints. 

 

Focusing lens = +12 crit chance to thermal weapons

 

iridium slugs = spread decrease 75% to kinetic weapons

 

and supercooled charges i guess goes for plasma, not made it yet

 

but i dont find +12% crit chance is enough at all.

 

+75% is same as 2.5 guidance = 3 cpu slots (2 if you want)

 

+10% is same as 1 extra cpu slot.

 

should be +20% crit chance. 

 

 

also all the other blueprints

 

pirate mass shield generator, is that for guards? cause it doesn’t say. not gonna waste resources on modules that fits “unknown” ships. 

 

etc…

Go Armory > Shop > Blueprints > Hover your mouse over the one you want to change > Press Alt buttom, and you have all the info you’re asking for.

It gives you 225 shield points because you’re using Jericho R10 Implant, wich increases 20% the strenght of non-multipurpose modules (Engi auras, Command auras, etc).

Pirate give 225 without any addition, meaning that with Jericho R10 Implant it will give 275 or so (I didn’t do the math).

you can get up to 6(9 if you have premium) crystals per day

2(3) per mission - there is mission for each hangar

but i dont find +12% crit chance is enough at all.

from 85% yo 97% the difference is minimal, you would do more with either more range, more dmg or longer time to overheat.

As Resi said, you will gain way, way more real DPS from curved than from the critic ammo.

 

Critic ammo is great if your crit is already low, because going from 5% to 17% is a lot (you have triple chance of getting a crit) But going from 85% to 97% is meh.

I think milf was just showing the effect of the crit amm. Probably doesn’t actually use it

It is irrelevant. With the new explosion radious, it is hard to miss a shot with 1,5 spread. But I suppose it will be like eclipse.

I tested it in Custom Battle and it’s like 1 degree or less, but as Eviscerador said, it’s point less. It’s easier to hit interceptors but a huge loss of dps overall compared to RoF ammo or crit ammo.

Might as well use it on a shrapnel cannon. But since its been nerfed…I dont see anyone use it.

I know residente is using shrapnel on his T4 covops at least and he’s good with it. I’m using it on my recon in open space.

Basically that ammo is for shrapnel and assault rails (assault rails get 0-0.5 spread) for when you want to go interceptor hunting.
