I was wondering about the start of a American based server, to smooth things out regarding latency and population regarding primarily english speaking beta testers?

That is understandable, but why bother localizing it to English?
well lets see considering it can be costly to establish a server in some countries and that this is a russin game it would be simple to make a Russin and Eu server there simply not ready to make a US server by the looks of it so stop complaining and just wait

You do realize just about every Russian based game usually gets localized to America right? World of tanks, Forged by chaos, the list goes on. Im just wondering when.
well how the hell should i know i dont know everything and those games when in beta did not get a US server straigh away also world of tanks is a Uk game and Watgaming.net us a Uk company so they oc exspanded into america for a bigger player base its still in beta remember that they will exspand so just be patient

it may be just that this is where u get ur date from for the game but i dunno but i can say there is no American server ok
Tell you what even though the server is in russia I still have yet to have lag issues where I’m at 
well that all depends on what ISP u have and how much ur getting out of it i was getting 30meg but has since been droping in my area and is now at 22
/closed until I get more information.
