Always allow to rejoin a match

Currently rejoining a match is only allowed if the connection to the game server did drop suddenly (Network Problems, Game crashes).

If one wants to restart the game client for various reason (Desync, Bugs, etc…), they need to make sure that he makes sure, that this happens in a sudden manner (which imitates the Network Problem/Game crash).

This feels like a unnecessary burden.

 

Demonstration on when the game allows to rejoin and when not. (kill -9 is equivalent to a game crash for the server, just kill is equivalent to closing the game normally).

 

(Also sry that the video is not embedded, it seems like it is only allowed for whitelisted sites, and YouTube compression looks ugly on this)
