Im not too bothered while it’s queueing.
What really bugs me is when I’m in a squad, and the leader queues…
WHY IS THIS A MODAL DIALOG BLOCKING THE ENTIRE INTERFACE?
It should be possible to defer clicking Ready until you’re actually, yknow, ready, instead of cancelling and having the leader re-queue.
Also, the action of queueing nukes any chat line you were typing. Very annoying.
This definitely needs some polish.
Very much agreed. Ghost Recon online offers this function. Instead of sitting there staring at the timer you can get stuff done, browse some upgrades or sell the crap out of your bank. Its a good way of lessening the frustration of being in a queue.

Whilst I don’t see any problem looking, I think the reason you can’t CHANGE anything is because once you queue up you are “locked in”, any changes could, theoretically speaking change your matchmaking.
As for the annoying “ARE YOU F**KING READY??” It could be a little less obtrusive, although frankly I like that it forces players to actually say “not ready” instead of just not replying.
