Allow Pyro Beam to damage structures

I’ve noticed in PvE that the Pyro Beam does not deal damage to enemy carriers or structures. Please change this, as the beam only deals 22k

Yes! I was surprised that it doesn’t.

There’s so many times where I’ve wanted to use this and it doesn’t work (Transports, alien destroyer, missile batteries)

Anything that is not a “ship” is not gonna be hurt from the Pyro Beam.
