Add More passive Slots in t5

It’s just damage is considerably highter in t5… but passive moduls doesn’t give more defence or something and survivability of lot of ships is not so highter than t3 rank 9.

 

So i think one or a couple of more passive slots could be a good way to balace.

T5 got their implants to stand way above T3/T4.

^ this. Just the R13 implant is good for 2-3 extra passive slots, let alone one.

They dont need more passives. 

All in all I would say that stats are about 10% better in T5 compared with T4 (plus the insanely strong R13 Empire implant).

But at least some ships have worse stats compared to Rank 12ers:

For example: Afterburner Energy use on Viking and Jarl is far over the energy-regeneration. The King-Nibelung doesnt have that Problem.

Hope that soon they will “gather enough data” to either balance out stuff or simply separate the tiers. Who cares that R13 implants are OP when everyone in t5 will have them (First rank into T5).

Neither, nor, funky. 

I use the Rank 7 Fed Implant and I have Synergy Lvl 8 on my Viking, still, its Energy-Ratio is negative.

Weird then, how my tempest does not have that problem at all, with synergy 7 and the same implant. With synergy 8 you shouldn’t have any problem at all…

The tempest got a 14 energy difference between AB/regen, the viking got a 16 energy difference. With S7 I am already 4 points past the AB use. So It’s weird haha

I have the same problem till synergy 5, then it becomes stable :slight_smile:

Rank 13 implants are about damage (fed and jerico) or reload modules (active) and missiles (again about damage). 

 

I don’t uderstadnd what .does that have to do with ships survivability.

 

From t3 to t5 u have the same passive modules, and same slots (from rank 12). A little more base stats, true… still not enought imho. In t5 some ships can be simply bishotted even if they stay in the middle of the formation… a stasys means  death at 90%.

 

… point is damage is increased by far… resistences and survaivability aren’t. 

T5 ships are fine, since their implants make are the difference between T4 and T5, and that difference is quite large.

But who cares about t4 ships here? U have to balance a Tier inside itself… not comparing to other tiers.

Since there is no barrier between T4 and T5 in terms of MM. Even more passives would be a total overkill to all T4s. 

No, R13 Empire implant counts for ALL active Modules. Kill/damage 3 ships and your active Heal (if you have one) is ready again. 

Empire interceptors with the exception of a few Recon ships almost always seem to have a problem with energy regen unless you use a hull or capacitor energy regen module in which case then you’re losing out on speed.   This goes for Empire fighters too…best tank but worst energy regen out of all 3 races.

I have never had any problems at all with my energy, I use the AB-energy-use-reduction implant and I have no problems at all, don’t even have a single energy regen mod on my ship.

Once you get up into T4 and higher the problem becomes more apparent though you also have more module options to resolve this issue.  T3 and lower ships all seem to be faster and have more energy regen than their T4 counterparts as far as Empire goes.  Also most of my regen issues have been on Empire ECMs…the Recons seem to do much better though.
