Isn’t 3000 the limit? How it’s possible for a Corporation to have more than that? I’m sorry if already been asked before.

It’s called exploiting and i’m sure someone who deserves a ban knows how to do it and does it intentionally. And the amount simply keeps on growing. On top of that, WHY IS THERE SUPPOSED TO BE A LIMIT?
I’m pretty sure it’s not an exploit. My guess is this:
The corp reached closed to 3000 iridium before logos were released. But let’s just say that they reached 3000. They purchased a non-premade logo, which costs what, 1500 iridium? that gives them a total of 1500 iridium in corporation, but still a total of 3000 collected all time, which is what I believe the scoreboard is calculating. So yes, it says above 3000 iridium, but that’s total owned over the entire time, and they have yet to get back to their cap at 3000.
Also, why does Alpha refuse to reach 3000? They’ve been sitting at 12 needed for months.

Nope, because anyone with a custom logo got it for free. So far, they are the only corp with a premade logo that is anywhere close to 3k iridium.

Not exactly, we got our logos for free (those that participated in an Add your logo event) other had to buy they logos for 1500 iridium (CORP is one of them) AND that number is steadily growing, i remember noticing it over the limit long time ago, and was something 3005 or so

If CORP has less than 3000k iridium and it shows that they have 3500, doesn’t sound like an exploit to me

You know how many Iridium they really have? Would be nice to know why since more than a month ago, their numbers keep growing non-stop over the limitation…
By the way, bugs or exploits, it doesn’t matter which it is, the point is if you USE them or ABUSE them, you’re doing something WRONG. You must report the bugs ASAP, not use them.

Nope, I was there when Tact purchased it. 3k on both sides. A custom logo granted you a free pass. As it did for every other 3k iridium corp at the time. ESB, Nova and us all sat at 3k even when we had ‘purchased’ our logos.

I can’t recall if we were at the cap at the logo event, but I am 100% sure we got Logo for free, same as everyone else who participated.

We had made it to the cap a few days before the logos came out. I remember us joking about what to do with it now that we had it, and then like a day or two later they finally announced something to spend it on, and then we didn’t spend any of it anyways.
Alright, I was mistaken then.
CORP had over 3000 before the logos were introduced. It has kept growing. NASA, ESB, and NOVA all had 3000 at the time. Now CSA also has over 3000 Iridium also!
Think of it this way, fewer CORP members with Mk.IV. Anyone know what happens after a corp buys a dreadnought? If it gets destroyed do they have to start all over again?
As for Alpha, I just don’t know.
CORP has been over 3000 so long that it’s bound to have drawn attention from the devs. If it was a bug or an exploit it would have been fixed.
The weird thing is their numbers don’t stop growing, and as you said, CSA is now over the limit too.
