Well now that I’m stuck with two of them, why not make them upgradable? Like +range and +damage. Just to make them useful.
I’d also love to be able to place them on different tier ships as well. I’m starting to get used to using them. It’s like a single target Pulsar that does half the damage.
It does EM damage correct? It would be cool if the A1MA increased sensor range, optimal/maximum weapon range, and increased projectile speed for a short period of time instead of pseudopulsar. That way it assists aiming but you still actually have to aim it yourself.

It’s supposed to be anti-inty. Those things wouldn’t particularly help that much unless you do like +100% projectile speed bonus.

I’d just sell all of mine then. I have no trouble aiming myself. And mini pulsar would help more with inties than something that doesn’t effect aiming AND doesn’t do damage. XP
I’m actually with you on this one… As a matter of fact I’m surprised it’s not upgradable to start with. Maybe this one just isn’t on the priority list because it’s only available for one tier, but there’s no reason it shouldn’t be put into T3 & T5 now that it got changed to its current usage.

Yes this game needs more and better features to auto hit.
It is really annoying that other players are more skilled.
We should get rid of a difference in player skill and base this game totally on active module choices.
Maybe we could change it to being turn based.
A1MA is pretty darn balanced as is. It’s 2000 EM damage, assuming 0 resists, no ecm stuns midway, no flying out of range (the range is pretty good on it, though), and no flying behind objects. It can stand to get a few upgrades.

It is more balanced as Plasma web, pulsar and all the other autohit features. I understand the need of an autohit feature.
I should not be able to web & A1MA an apposing Inty after I melt there shields with RFB like butter.
