A world where you can TEST out ships before buying them?

can there be something like a gamemode where you can chose your ship and loadout for free before buying them so you won’t be ripped off?

Nope, because if you spend money on something and then you dont like it, you will spend more money trying to buy another thing that you may like. 

Anyway I would like to see what you are suggesting to be honest…

 

EDIT: Not sure why the dislike, I was just saying what a game developer would think about it, if you spend more money/time in my game, better for me.

I know, I’ve played planetsie 2 and the training zone is the best thing could happen to me to see what to buy or not (because weapons are pretty expensive)

 

I would like to see a gamemode as you suggested, you open a lobby alone, playing against bots, and you can choose any ship with any equipment
