The WL13-EL Emitter is not healing allies properly in Open Space when Grouped.
Logs Attached.
Logs include both PVE-mode active and inactive testing, and direct and indirect targeting of grouped ally.
Only differences observed between the PVE-mode active and inactive was that the WL13 when in Auto Tracking mode and Wazgot fired indirectly near the target would heal.
Direct targeting of ally with weapon in either PVE-mode would not result in any form of heal.
Wazgot under test was Rank 10 healing a Rank 14 Tyrant Destroyer. Wazgot previously encountered same issue prior to testing capture on a Rank 14 Vigilant destroyer which prompted the isolated test of the weapon.
Tyrant’s healing observed was only from the Wazgot passive shield repair module and activated shield repair module. When WL13 under test was fired directly and indirectly at Tyrant, only the indirect test with PVE-mode OFF, would result in any form of healing to the destroyer. Any Tyrant healing in excess of 1000 points was observed to be its own Warp Stream Detector and destroyed targets within its module range.
WL13-EL Emitter weapon tested is at ORANGE upgrade status. and using a High Frequency Oscillator for ammo to reduce time to overheat.
