Why me sign does not work ?

From signature settings page:
Your signature may contain:
- Up to 2 images
- Images up to 400 x 200 pixels
- • Up to 2 URLs
- • Up to 2 lines
The image you’re trying to use as signature is larger than allowed dimensions
I suggest you either crop it or resize it down to meet the maximum size requirement
