Who does those red marks?

Hi im new, plz sry for bad english!

 

I want to know wich ship can make the red marks on enemy ships or beacons, its a twinkling one that make noise, or its a module or normal key that everyone can use?

sry i dont image to show i hope you understand me.

When enemy ship is locking on you:

  • you will hear a unique sound effect for that

  • the ship that is locking on you will have a red borders around it flashing

No, i mean a circle signal or mark that also appears some times in beacons, ( its use for highlight a beacon or enemy ships)

I dont remember the default key but you can configure it in the Menu -> Key Binds -> All eyes on target!

Simply use the “target enemy in crosshairs” keybind and hit it repetitively. By default it is the scroll wheel or R.

The term for the red, flashing circles is called “pinging”.

I think default is middle mouse key.

Double tap R, middle mouse or numpad 3 by default

Also, beacons in beacon hunt game mode will “ping” the beacons automatically at 20,10 and 5 seconds. Usually gets mixed in with frantic/raged pinging from other players when team is not going to beacon :wink:
