Just today MM said Average Wait: 0:29, yet it took be about 7 minutes to get into a game. How are people getting these short queue times? Is my wait due to my top ship only being level 6? As a side note, I see people referring to ships as only having five tiers, yet there are 15 levels in the tech tree. Can someone help here?
Ranks 1-3 is tier 1. Ranks 4-6 is T2, 7-9 is T3. 10-12 is T4 and T5 is 13-15.
