Considering your lack of manners in your post, I would bet they are well deserved.
Also, you don’t need to post in global to be banned. You can also be banned if you trashtalk with whispers, or in game chat.
Chat bans are the fairest of all bans, since all of them happen with the chat log attached.
Yes, if you are in frog or what ever the french corp is you pretty much get auto chat banned.
Apparently it is a requirement to swear spam and trash talk if you are in frog.
