Remember if you are a T4+ you can still go down to T2 ships and enjoy playing it, or any Tier you like you could be playing, no matter what rank you are choose the tier you think is fun. :fed_cool:
if you are not having fun anymore playing the game in t3 pvp, I suggest creating a new account and playing tier 1 battles.
The new quests added in recent patches (the contacts, Jane Jensen etc) were designed so perfectly, and you cannot really appreciate how good of a job the developers have done unless you make a new account and begin from scratch. Having a veteran account and going through the quests from my perspective was kind of tedious, and I didn’t appreciate how helpful they can be to a brand new account.

Anyone, even if in T4 can easily mount back T1 (or any tier) ships, and go have fun.
Only setback is slowing down in certain reputation grinds, that scale according to your level. But if you choose to play for fun, it doesn’t matter (or if you are already maxed out, then it definitely does not matter!).

I think you missed the point of my reply.
But yeah, you are right.
T2 is less fun these days. Virually no-one flies Engineer, and half those I find on my team are Raptor Mk II’s with not a hull heal in sight.
It’s tough times to be an Empire Recon pilot…
Though I still use the glorified trashcan at least I remember/have the sense to use the nanodrone cloud…

Play a couple of T3 games to get your engineer quota filled for the entire month. Satisfaction guaranteed!
