I was looking through my assignments for the christmas event, and I’m missing a day 8 despite doing these every day? I have a day 7 and a day 9, is this a glitch?

There was indeed, T2 tournaments happens 3 times in the day for every day of the week (and T3 is available for weekends as usual). In UTC-3 (my timezone) at 9pm came the “new day” (as always), along with the 8th day mission, but without any tournament (which lead to speculation about leagues…), at 1am dread battles begun, at 2am a new patch was implemented. In less than 30 minutes the patch was already implemented and since that tournaments happen everyday. So i played the first tournament at 1pm, finishing 8th day mission. At 9pm the “new day” came again, and i played the 10pm tournament, finishing 9th day mission.

when I logged on, tournaments were three days away. I went to bed, logged in the next day and it was on day 9 which was the same as day 8. I’m not sure what you are talking about.
Your day may not match with SC’s day: 00hrs is when daylies and other missions are given again (or x2, but that requires you to relog), which is at 1am GMT+1. You may have logged in too late, so the day already ended in SC while you were in the same day still at your country. SC’s day ends at 9pm for me, meaning my day ends 3 hours later than SC’s day.
I’m with Hyperion on this one, when i tried to do the 8th day mission it was showing a countdown of 3 days, I thought it to be a mistake on the first so i re-logged into the game and there was still the same countdown. So, technically speaking we never had the chance to do the mission due to that small bug. I knew when there would be a tournament to do it and i waited until 1am my time just see myself stuck at the same countdown and not being able to get into the tournament. Tried several different ranks, a couple of re-logging, didn’t help much.
Is there a way to fix that issue now or will it stand where it is for now?

It took a few hours to implement the patch and therefore allow T2 tournaments. This meant that there was no NA tournament that day.
