What is the best Video card to run Starcoinflict max? @ 1920x1080

Every single setting in nvidia/ati control panel max, and every setting in the game maxed.

I currently am using an hd7770 1gb ram 1200 clock, 1400 ram clock

I am running everything maxed in game but, if i findle with anything in the ati panel the quality looks amazing but my fps can drop down to 11.

So ati/nvidia? 200, 300, or 400 dollar card?

You don’t need much. My GTX 660 runs it fully maxed out at ~170 fps windowed, driver set to max quality, so there’s plenty of room to go cheaper.

I Believe you are messing up your settings card side. Check your card settings, as everything should be in the middle of Quality and Performance. 

 

I have a pair of 6870’s in CrossFire and I run the game at 6000 x 1080 (triple monitor setup) and I get nice stable 60 FPS. Both cards have 1GB of ram and it only uses about 50% of the GPUs.

I know that by running default settings in ati CCC, it runs smooth, but i am just curious of what card it would take if i wanted maxed CCC settings, because i find it looks better with max CCC settings, except my fps is low.

e.g. under gaming tab > 3d app settings in ati

you can set it up for indivual games or all games

try these setting lemme know if you can run them or what it would take to run them, if you have ati

Aa method= Supersampling

Morphiligocial filtering= on

antistropic filtering= 16x

Texture filter quality = high quality

surface format optimization= on

open gl triple buffer = on

tessellation mode = overide

max. tessellation= 64x

wait for vertical refresh (vsync)=on

I use a laptop with a GTX 675QM. It can run SC at max settings no problem.

GT540M here and same max settings. Just a lower, native 1366x720 res.
