aliens attack and meanwhile i shot a missile it hit a family guard aswell, making me agressor. but then the aliens kills the family guards and i automatically become criminal for 280 seconds.

that there is a weapon called singularity cannon,
that aliens kills transport ppl all the way and because of that if i hit a teammate or anything and he dies, assisting kills should not make me criminal.
even if a guy shots me, if i kill him i become criminal. if i dont kill him i die. = no choise

As someone else explained somewhere else in this thread. If some FBI agents are fighting vs some terrorists and you throw a grenade to help the FBI, the FBI will still see you as a thread and shoot you at the end.

if the aliens would not kill the friendly ship that i mistakenly hit , i would not become criminal, and if it does i would. its all up to the AI to choose if i become criminal or not by that time.
So in real life if you make a mistake and somebody gets hurt, you will get harsher sentences if the person dies from it.
My terrorist-SWAT-grenade allegory is still perfectly valid.
How the hell would they know that you are on their side? Maybe karma will come into this later, but right now it has no effect whatsoever, therefore if you damage someone, they have every reason to think you are an attacker.
What NEEDS to be patched is that if someone bumps into me, they should be labeled aggressor and not me.

its in the hands of the AI that i become criminal or NOT. and currenlty aliens owns everything and if they come and i have mistakenly hit a officer i become criminal. thats bullshit
this is not shooting in real life. if i slap a guy, and a bit later he dies. thats not my problem. and if you Swat should be there. they would found out i was innocent.
also its 100% sure he dies unless i defend him annyway. so. this mode is either really tiresome or it can get fixed.
