It still hasn’t been resolved, and instead of replying to the issue, you up and close the topic like you pretend to ignore that the problem exists
your still saying your consumer buys one thing, when your selling them something far less valuable
And all I want to know is: are you going to fix it, or are you going to fix it? because there are 2 ways to fix this, either make sure your bundle tells the player they get a preset and not a decoration, you know, be honest for a change, OR actually give them the promised decoration…
it really isn’t that hard, so, will you fix it? I’m not demanding it be fixed right now, this instant, but I do need a Yes or a No before you close the thread this time
and then you fix it in a timely manner (1-2 months is more than enough time, since I was told it would be fixed waay back in April)

they closed the topic without saying whether they planned to fix it or not. The screenshots followed their rules, and shows the DLC, with the contents highlighted, then I took screenshots of the empty decorations tab and then the last is a picture of the decoration (as a preset) which removes paint when used. (if they want to sell a preset, make the DLC say they are selling a preset, and not a decoration)

This thing should not be buried under the rug!
If the pack states what items you get, then you’re entitled to have them!
If you bought the DLC on Steam, then you can also post a review about it.
