Warp reflector can not be triggered, when there is a shield deployed between ship and target
Sometimes Warp reflector can not be triggered even there is a clear area between the ship and target
After first use Isotop harvester turret gets stuck and is not rotating anymore. When Triggered, the sphere is launched to different direction then intended.

With the last recent update Isotope harvester works normaly, but the issue with warp reflector persist. I assume, that destroyers own active modules sometimes even act as an obstacle.
