In sec con, me and my corp mate got launched vs NASA OWL squad. i’m like, okay, we can make this work. I hope they put good music on the video that they post on the forum. but *******and ********* both disconnected. this is shameful. as ceo and vp of vking, you should at least try.
i wasn’t happy about having you as team mates in the first place, especially when u went to the wrong beacon, but still, we did not disconnect when we saw you were our team mates. I would expect this only from the worst Aces.
Hmm ok we will deal with this, let us investigate and we will see how it came to pass.
Disconnecting isn’t against the rules, if they don’t enjoy playing, they should be allowed to leave.
No

and what about the rest of the team? your “fun” will destroy the fun for others, cant handle sec con don’t queue for it, period, as Scula said “it is not a fun place”

and what is fun about sitting in the hangar for 5 minutes waiting for your ships to get out of the battle?
I personally would rather play the game than sit in hangar, I already get enough of that in the queues. #Star "Queue"flict

Just another reason I decided I had enough.

If you always disconnect when you face against better team, you’ll never become better.
Fight with honor and die like a hero, don’t disconnect like a ****.
This mentality kills the fun from the game. The psychological war start at the loading screen, specially if you know your enemy.
The only problem is hard to figure out who disconnect on purpose and who because some technical issue.
But in this case this seems obvious.
well If its so important to know the reason why we disconnected from the game, is that I refuse to play with a dishonest player, one that calls himself a friend and then stabs you in the back, one who make alliances and then actively steals the members from his ally’s, one who does not backup ally corps and tells there enemy’s where and when they are coming, etc., etc., if that is not bad sportsmanship then what is?
I have been a whiteness to this and many players from deferent corporations both inside and outside the CDF have also noticed this behavior from the CEO of radix, why do you think that he makes alliances and after sometime his ally’s become his enemies, just ask the CDF members why, or ask GOD why, and the list just goes on and on.
Don’t play SecCon if there are ANY situation were you would disconnect intentionally.
The two of you killed the game for everyone in the queue.
It isn’t Mill’s fault people switch from GoD.
If you don’t like Artic’s “mouth” add him to your ignore list.

its not his mouth its his acts, and acts speak louder than words

It’s still no excuse to disconnect from the game. I’ve always upheld a personal value that I won’t disconnect from a game solely based upon my teammates. If I have a teammate who I don’t like/who has done questionable acts, I ignore my feelings towards that player and treat them as I would treat any pilot on my team: with respect.
I’m sure we can all name instances in which we have all done unsportsmanlike things, but put those judgements aside when you are relying on those players to help you try and win a game. I find that games become much more fun when everyone works together, regardless of their differences. And games become much less fun when a player disconnects on any team.
Well i suppose now the reasoning behind our actions is clear. There is no excuse, so we wont give one.

I agree with my fellow viking, the act has been done, you now know why, so case closed

I have nothing to do with this. That is not the point he is trying to make.
As for disconnecting in sec con, the only time I ever do it is if I’m being spawn killed by a largely superior enemy, and even then, I mostly just self destruct in order to still get the rewards.
Posting of screenshots in order to denounce other players is not allowed. Use the report function ingame if you have problems with the actions of a player. It is also forbidden to publically denounce, slander or complain about players or corporations on the forum. Use private messages to solve your problems.
Also: It is stated nowhere in the rules that disconnects are forbidden.
