Too high resists? Yeah maybe better with two armour plated hulls
no,
a) Unless you have an engineer flying besides you feeding you energy, you will need 1x passive armor so that is 1 of galvas
b) another galvas kills your rotation to much, the benefit of Inquisitor S is that due to its slow speed it can do very tight turns with Rotation implant and 1x Verniers, I mean look at that CrusS, it is very response, I was even able to do kinda barrel rolls with it and actually dodge stuff here and there.

No need for emergency barrier and destructor kinda meh on such build, imho. I use crit lazors or blaster (and i dont use field i sue resists, in T5, for adaptive really need at least 2 MP modules)
