I have wrote to the legal department of Gaijin Entertainment about whether there is a non-disclosure agreement to uploading game footage to YouTube, but I have not heard back. I noticed there are a ton of other people uploading footage, including some of the bigger channels, so I figured it was probably ok for the time being to upload my own, but I wanted to check here to see if anyone else has uploaded footage. I am a partner, so I do have monetization enabled.
Here is the video incase anyone is interested:
Straight to business, no nonsense video (well, a little nonsense when we start singing Tenacious D at 1:40)
You should be ok I found the game from watching TotalHalibut, WTF video. But yeah better to ask first to make sure you don’t break NDA if there is one.
There is no NDA for open beta test users. Did you signed one?
However, TB’s video was too unexpected… It is an unfinished product, so it is not a time to advertise the game yet…
they put the game on steam. they are already overexposed to “not advertise” its like WOW trying to readvertise the game. people already know how they feel about the game. and advertising wont do much.
they put the game on STEAM front freaking page. how could they not expect people like TB to play it and advertise it?.. its unfinished but dont put it on steam if you dont want the masses to play or try it out.

Point is TB not only had a rather drastic lack of research put into his video (things he sais are partly wrong and could be corrected if you actually spent SOME time on thinking while playing the game) but it is also common courtesy to at least contact someone before you go and put their content online.
Hey guys, thank you for all the responses. No, I haven’t signed an NDA, but I wanted to make sure there wasn’t one hiding in the user agreement! I haven’t watched TB’s video on Star Conflict yet, as his videos tend to be veeeery long, and occassionally he has an aggressive undertone that I’m not quite sure if I dislike or not.
Look in one thread(can’t find it sadly), someone posts about a twitch live stream that Mod Error comments positively on. If there was any sort of NDA, it would have come to light there.
Also as stated by others before, as long as you don’t have to actively sign a NDA or are clearly told that any sort of recording is forbidden, you are free to record and post anything as long as you give credits where credits are due. In case someone DOES sue you for it, you’ll make some easy bucks once you win the case and get reparations. Best place to check for this sort of thing is the End User License Agreement (or whatever it is called).
