Looks like we are getting some good interest in this and i look to post the date and times later today.With a bit more of a structure to it and began the sign up process.And the more that sign up,the better,Remember,there more players who get on board,means we can do this on a regular basis .
Sounds fun hopefully we will have members on line for this one.
What about removing a restriction for the first tournament on amount of squads per corporation?, since we don’t really know how many team there will be and your ultimate goal is to get as many as possible? Who knows, maybe some of the corps can produce 3x 4 man squads or, what a heck, maybe 3+ 
If there are to many participants, you can impose Corporation restriction for the next tournament.
Another thing that can be introduced is a Winner can not participate on next event, so if some squad is too damn good, there is a chance for someone else next time?
I have said this in TS, but I’m in if I get my Katana in time. If not, I can’t run T3.

yes i know what u mean with multiple squads but what if one corp haz 10 squads and an other only 1 … where calling it a corp vs corp … that takes out the ballance in how many chance a corporation haz to win … exzample : 10 ESB squads that u have to win from … mh … if we wud bump it up i wud say to 3 squads each but not more then that … unless (u guy’s) the public / Star conflict Team thinks its nessecery …

Some things to consider
Will there be a rotation of maps? Losers pick the map at the end of the round?
Also will there be a standard server everyone plays? Or will there be a rotation of the server for the losers as well? Reason I ask this that some will feel cheated if one team has low ping and the other has very high ping, thus I ask this to prevent favoritism and to make sure it will be as fair as possible.

As this tournament is aimed a bit more at corps,but if we gain enough player support,we have some idea for all players,not just those in corps.So let get this one of to a good start and get them sign ups in.We are really hoping to make this a normal thing here to get the community involved in a game we all love.

Could you please clearly spell out on the registration page in the beginning that this as a 4vs4? Because you say the group should consist of 8players and you can have up to 4 reserve …

The group should consist of 8 pilots and each player should have T3 ships (each player is allowed to take only three ships into battle). There can be up to 4 reserve players.
Hard to form this sentence into absolute clarity, but about something like:

Also, this would mean, that technically you cannot be a reserve player in group 1 and play in group 2, amigettinthisright?
How about this…Put reserve pilots into a pool for either team - Each Corp can have up to two 4 man teams with up to 8 pilots in reserve.

Ok guys,Those of you who have posted here please start to get you teams signed up…
The Tournament is still a week away,And if you can,please list your whole team.If you can,great,but to make it easier.If you corp is running two teams,please note so,and make sure your teams are signed up ready to go the day of the tournament.
Now on the Reserve players,a few people have asked about this.It is not mandatory to have 4 per team,But have some back corp members ready to go,if a corp can not field the players at the start of the match,they will lose by forfeit.
