Unable to start PvP games

Hi,

 

Since few hours, I haven’t been able to join a single PvP game.

I did not do anything special to make this happen, I just spammed PvP games until I realized I was waiting 15 minutes in queue.

My mates succeeded in finding PvP games on their side, and when they group me for PvP, they are stuck with me.

Open Space and Special Operations are still working, but PvP brings me to infinite queue times :

 

 

The problem appeared around 5.30 pm (Paris time).

does this mean devs will abandon the one-tier system and go back to multiple tiers system?

Issue repeated indeed, as I cumulated several hours of queuing without any PvP game.

Please find below the logs :

• DeviceCaps.log

 

I did not manage to find user_config.cfg. I have found a user_config.xml file but I can’t upload it there.

 

Tell me if there are other files you want me to send.

You was playing PvP at:

19:02 - 19:11 - “Domination”

19:12 - 19:19 - “Beacon Hunt”

19:21 - 19:26 - “Beacon Hunt”

19:27 - 19:30 - “Team Battle”

19:32 - 19:38 - “Domination”

… and more

I’ve never been in those games. As I told you, I’m having infinite queue times since Sunday, 5.30 pm Paris time.

I can play all the other game modes, but it is impossible to find a PvP game since Sunday evening.

Sorry for the double posting.

 

I just noticed that my logs were from Saturday, and not from Sunday. That’s why you see my in PvP games, things were still working at this time.

 

All my apologies. The good logs are below.

 

During the period of those logs (23/09/2018, from 21:15 to 23:02 Paris time) I managed to start some Special Operations games. And I created this topic during a PvP queue as well.
