Unable to launch wing with 4 or less people into dreads

1. Description of the problem, what happened.

Attempted to que for SecCon as a wing with 4 players. Error said Invalid number of players. 

2. What did you expected to happen.

I expected to be able to launch a wing into SecCon with any number of players (2-8) like how it used to work before the patch. 

5. Frequency of occurrence.

Every time a wing of less than 5 people launch into SecCon

6. Logs + [screenshots](< base_url >/index.php?/topic/18799-how-to-takepost-screenshots/) or a video (Including a description of the issue, where to and how to reproduce it)

Available if necessary, but easy to reproduce the bug

  1. If possible, the time when it happend. In this case we will be able to look more closely to the server logs. Also mention your time zone.

Federation dread time, 0400-0500 UTC

I guess wings can only be launched with 5 or more people…

if you want to launch with less than 5 guys: abandon wing → reassemble as a squad → launch as squad… should do the trick

I know that works, but it is annoying, and id didn’t used to work like that.
