So today I cant log-in game…still having that “Autentification error message” eventho I do using correct email and pw…so whats the problem? :confused:

Can’t login either, first I get the “Server is under heavy load” message, then an authentication error.

Yes my email and password are correct.

It is a temporary issue, we are aware of it and working on a fix.

If you have linked your account to steam, try to log in via steam.

Same problem and more… cant post a ticket… says “The number of new anonymous requests allowed per hour has been exceeded. Please try again later”… so WTF.

There is no need of a ticket, this is a common issue affecting all users.
