hi there, im new to the game, im downloading it atm but i would like to ask some stuff. about trades between players? It is possible? I know there is a loot system, what it is for? can we collect materials from space to craft our own weapons, shields, ships, etc…? it will be any kind of “open world” to walk my ships around if i just want to show off? cause im not buying any of those expensive ships if i cant show them off.
why do we have to change so many times from ship to ship? i just want one ship. my ship. oh im sorry, i just found the answers right now on the fórum, nevermind this post. i’ll try to contribute with my best in the future.
This is not open world space sim, it’s instanced teamplay game. Also all ships in your hangar are “yours” and try to have always all slots with ships. Why? You will see in T2!
irn4l Im am very sorry. But Gaijin has not built a game that will see players who want to play like you, succseed. :smoke:
Early areas of the game. It very much seems like u can just fly your one and only ship and do well. But later on the game dose seem to break down.
(especially in t4 and t5 3v3, In t4 and t5 3v3 certian ships shine cause they either, do loads of burst damge or heal or tank alot of shots. Im learning that entering t4 at the ecm level is very difficult unless, its a big game.)
Also the developers are not planing on haveing any kinda of free roam, which demotavates players like me who look for a long term world that they can explore and such.
And because of the way Gaijin makes money, (money makers are the services and items that quicken progression in the game) all currency and such (excpet for artifact donation to a corp bank which is special situation) must remain on a “the player that obtained the ship, credits, gold, items, is the one who keeps it” other wise the entier system would fall when experience players might decide to boost up newer players.

I would just like to say there is nothing wrong with this people need to make a living, just saying
cause im not buying any of those expensive ships if i cant show them off.
You can grind for Galactic Credits also to get those premium ships ya don’t need to spend real money its just faster FYI
thank you all for the answers. im not against the economic model that this game have. i think its fair to spend time or Money to go in your adventures in the space. heres what i think after i played for the first time:
the relation between aiming with the mouse your targets and the ship maneuvering its simple terrible, it dont fit, it feels weird, its bad, total fail. guys from reakktor got it in black prophecy, i never played a game with such gameplay until this day. also i think its na abomination players dont have a simple local to just train our ship controls and practise fly sessions. pve is suposed to be somehow a option to a player to engage or not in targets and practise as they want while they want, not a complete forcing to battle against bots or humans in a limited time. imo this is just an eye candy selller space fighter.
if the ones in charge asked me what to do i say this few topics:
- work with reakktor team form black prophecy to get a better gameplay and more (this game was an excelente game in every space shoooting elements, from weapons to ship progressions, it was balanced and intuitive)
work with battlestar galatic team to know how to build an huge open universe in a browser
work with inovae studios form infinity: quest to earth to build the biggest and greater third person shooter space mmo rpg in computer’s history
Sorry, but the controls are what they are, they work pretty well, and when you get used to them, you can do marvels, because it gives you more freedom and possibilities.
I’m positive that if the devs make a poll to see if the playerbase want a control revamp, the option for “don’t change anything” will win by demolition. So sorry, perhaps you’ll do better with another kind of space game, maybe one which is slower, idk.
