No, they’re really not. I can easily grab an R2/3 ship and get top scores without breaking a sweat, whereas the real beginners would have the fight of their lives. It’s not a fair fight if you allow the more seasoned pilots down there.

If we don’t reach the required number of participants for T1 - all ranks can participate without penalty to choose only one level of the tournament.

I will ask around, but 3pm Moscow translates into 3am-6am for us, so it is not definate but most likely a no.

It appears that NASA is the only North American team to sign up for Tier 1. Like xKostyan stated, most of our squad would be flying between the hours of 3 A.M. and 6 A.M. It will be 5 A.M. where I am, so even if I am awake, I will be absolute garbage due to fiddling with my sleep schedule.
Also, if every other team in the tournament is Russian and European, I assume the tournament would take place on Russian and European servers? That’s really the only fair way, as I wouldn’t want to hamper the fun for the majority of the teams just so ours could participate. Unfortunately, our Interceptors will be greatly hampered due to the latency. Also, our target prediction markers will be inaccurate. I am sorry to say, we must humbly decline your offer.
