Will there be an official stream and host in English this time?
And by valid player rank, do you mean if you have one faction above the valid rank, you can not play in that tournment?
For example, i am rank 12 empire, rank 9 federation and rank 9 jericho, can i still attend the t3 tournment?

Peter and someone else were doing the English streams in the previous tournament. Dunno if they’re willing to do it again.

The rewards seem a bit much IMO, T1/T2 i can understand, but T3 and T4 got insane increase in rewards…

I don’t think it was a dispute, rather a request for clarification. 
About an hour ago I thought player rank was a non-existent thing, derived from where the matchmaking queue throws an individual who is queueing alone.
Now I think it derives from an individual’s current highest faction.
Still not sure. Please clarify.

And if need be, I can host / stream an English commentary if no one else is available etc

I login to player’s account, using his or her login and password and check the player’s info. Via admin panel.

There are no T4 of r12 that don’t have prerequisite t4 of R10 or R11, so if you purchased 1 of T4s it is most likely the R10/R11 and so you still qualifies for T3 tournament.
