I have three ships stuck “On Assignment” a Zelot, Zelot AE, and a Raptor. I have tried to recall the ships and end the mission but to no avail. I have completed other assignments without incident. The bug occured after update 1.2.1. My bug is the same one reported by “shosca” and "ScanBlu’ on Oct. 2nd and Oct. 3rd. See screen shots below.
