I wasn’t around to draft the teams, so we skipped this one. Have been waiting for a tournament like this for a long time, if they keep making it once every 6 months you can’t expect to have your best pilots active trough and trough all the time. And I need a break too, this should have happened more often. Hopefully see you guys in the next tournament.

But I’m not sure if I’ll end my break. Hopefully when the sandbox arrives.
I’m kind of waiting on Sandbox myself. I’m getting tired of the current game model, which consists of either:
A1) Queue alone or in a pair.
A2) Get a crap team.
A3) Lose because of crap team.
A4) Repeat.
Or
B1) Form a 3-4 man WPK squad.
B2) Never get a match.
B3) Resort to A.
I’m kind of waiting on Sandbox myself. I’m getting tired of the current game model, which consists of either:

We queue as 3-4 man squads in our low population time (~500-600 bodies online) and regularly get games, some times we have to wait 5+ minutes, but we still get games most of the time. I’ve noticed a bit more 2x-3x more squads flying T3 in our time zone now.

There should be another one, but more “competitive” tourney soon, this one was more of “random fun” type of things
I just got bored with the game after a year, that is the only truth. This tournament just happened at the wrong time (when I decided to stop playing for a while). It’s hard to stay interested and keep playing for so long with the same drive you have been in the past. And for a leader, that is, someone that will keep people together and push them forward to achieve something, this kind of passion is of the highest importance. There is no progress without a strong passion and motivation, and a corporation cannot strive as well without this kind of guidance and support. It’s about going forward, no matter what. The good thing is, that at least I’m getting hyped about the upcoming content which will (hopefully) be great, that will spark my interest again and I will continue our crusade, getting people back together and start playing for real again.

Hey if you see me with out a squad, I have no problems with teaming up with practically everyone. Obviously NASA has priority, followed by WPK, then any other corp that has the balls to invite me to there squad. *Points at ESB*

I’m finally breaking into T4 after an extended period of time learning the game in T3. I think I’m finally ready for the higher level fighting. My internet just needs to stop sucking :lol: I’m looking forward to seeing you all in space! Evi, we should squad up soon.
