But those are all old names, and even many of our own from that time don’t play at the moment. I am yet to see any new promising star names NASA has picked up /trained in the meantime? I am just really interested what you guys have been up to during this time (found new ZeroCool maybe?) and how is the playing field in NA.

As far as the old guys, we’re all still here. Myself, Tact, Mustache, Ironize, Kostyan, Mota, Java, Milf, ZeroCool, DoctorJ, JP, even Dugesia is on from time to time.
But it’s hard to find good people in our timezone. Our peak hours we see 400-500 players online, there really isn’t much to choose from.
Dunno why. I like having ESB in the opposite team. They are worthy opponents and I respect them for they are all good players.
But we have won against them, and they had defeated us. I don’t find we are at different levels, if our equipment is similar.
But hey, keep thinking we are just “angry skunks” It will be more funny each time we take down one of your ships.

Nah, Crystal is from Borderlands 2. He is “Handsome Jack” and he stole my “butt stallion”. So since he knows im a huge fan of MLP, he has to lay waste to all those near me, crushing my hopes and dreams.

Dude, if we lived in a dreamworld where everyone has 1ms ping, and we didnt need to sleep and work it would be awesome. Kkkkkkkkkkkkk
Seriously, im not naming corps, neither players, but, sometimes i find myself flying a fighter, or an interceptor, with 340ms ping and 3-7% packet loss, and i still manage to score some kills, many assists, and usually im in the first page of the scores. Which means that, im playing like someone who can predict the future, because with that ping and packet loss, i have to anticipate 1, 2 seconds. I wonder how much skill would i be able to show by playing with 1ms, or 20ms, even 100ms would make me happy.
Voyd commented about some WPK members he finds on the times he plays are easy targets, i couldnt agree more, i am probably one of those easy targets, because when you are on your prime time, it is basically the prime time for brasil too, but here they love to cause trafic congestion on the internet by watching ridiculous youtube videos and other kind of crap. So basically, at USA prime time, im playing with 7% packet loss in a GOOD DAY. On a miracle day, like new year’s eve usually i get good connection, but then noone is playing, everyone is getting hammered with beer and other stuff.
Meanwhile, in the russian prime time (equivalent to afternoon here in brasil, where the internet use of the country isnt high) we have servers (on russia) that cant deal with 2000 players without lagging everyone farther than 1000km.
The only time is brasilian morning, which would be the prime time of some part of asia perhaps? Then all we meet in the field are brainless people, and many times i get placed where? ASIAN SERVERS, which cause 700ms ping with the usual packet loss.
So, all in all, many people should be ashamed of dying by my hand.
Thats why i would like to see what JP mentioned, some kind of tournament where people go to russia to level the playing field, but that is kinda impossible when the game has such a small playerbase.

IMO the most worthy NASA opponent is Tillo, basically coz he is online a lot of time and I find a lot. Also because he’s a great player. It would be awesome it the time zones weren’t so different so we could find ppl like ironize, kostyan, mustacho and so on
