Judging from the in-game chat, forums and some shady rumors you guys seem like a good bunch of organised players.
I would have applied long time ago if it was not for the age requirement, minimum 21 (currently 18yrs old).

the 21 year old requirement is not set in stone so you could still try to apply to us if you wish
18+ is a hard rule, 21+ is more of a guideline.
We just require 18-21 year olds to work a bit harder / make more of an impression to make up for the difference.
1 of 1000 teen gamers may be mature enough, but that is a chance we have to take xD
