I fly with an Eagle Co Op, shooting 15-20 Seconds to another small ship…no effect, the other ship shoots my group members down with 20% hull, then it shoots at me, lets say nearly one second, an im down.

That’s when you play Co-Op games? You should try PVP it’s more fun.
use F11 to see your fps, ping and which server you’re on. F11 has 3 things to cycle through while you’re out of the hangar, and it is different from while in the hangar.
Covert ops means you’re relying on main weapons and missiles actually hitting targets, so figure out how much effect ping or fps is having. I have to stop there since I don’t really bother with skirmish anymore. I played around 2500 battles of it though.
